These terms govern use of the Property Egg Rentals website and portal. The signed management agreement, once agreed and signed, governs the actual Property Egg management services.
Website and portal purpose
The portal is used for enquiries, onboarding, client records, property information, authority documents, contract preparation and review. It is not a booking engine, Guesty replacement, legal advice service or automatic acceptance system.
No automatic acceptance
Creating an account, submitting information, uploading documents, saving a form or reviewing a draft does not mean Property Egg has accepted the property, started management, signed a contract, countersigned a contract or created a final signed agreement.
Client responsibility
Clients remain responsible for providing truthful, complete and current information. This includes ownership or authority details, property records, lease or consent information, insurance, safety, compliance, costs and any restrictions affecting the property.
Draft contracts
Draft agreements and previews are for review only. A contract is not final unless the required parties have agreed, signed and any required witness process has been completed. Drafts may be amended, superseded or withdrawn before final signature.
